Prices listed on our website are excluding shipping and local custom tax and duties. All local duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer, with the understanding that if such said payment is rejected by the customer, items purchased will be returned to THE GLEE LIFE. THE GLEE LIFE reserves the right to modify product pricing and shipping costs without any prior written note to the user of this website.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayNow (for local Singapore transactions). Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel your order in whole, or partially, due to out-of-stock items or substantial price or text errors on the website. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

Our local shipping partner is Qxpress and international shipping partner DHL Express. All shipments are tracked and will take 1-3 business days for local fulfillment and 3-6 business days for international fulfillment. Shipping timelines are meant to be a guideline and are subject to custom delays and external processes not within THE GLEE LIFE's control. THE GLEE LIFE will not be held responsible in the event of such delays. Shipping fees are pegged at a flat rate by zone, which are shown on the website.

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. Any date beyond this timeline, unless under reasonable circumstances, is considered negligible for a return service. All products must be returned in their original packaging with original tags secured. If we receive the product and deem that it has been altered, modified or used, we reserve the right not to process the refund, or to process a refund reduction deemed suitable by us.

All sale items are final and not eligible for a return, refund, exchange and/or JOURN store credit.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
