For local deliveries, free Qxpress shipping on orders over SGD 80. SGD 5 Qxpress shipping (1-3 business days) for orders under.
For international deliveries, free shipping via DHL Express on all orders above SGD 150 or equivalent.
Orders below SGD 150 will be charged a flat rate delivery fee according to the following zones -
Zone 1: SGD 20
Zone 2: SGD 25
Zone 3: SGD 30
Zone 4: SGD 35
Zone 5: SGD 40
Zone 6: SGD 42
Zone 7-8: SGD 55

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking link will be sent to your confirmation email.
We know you can't wait to receive your new items and we strive to process new orders as soon as possible on business days. Local deliveries typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill, while international deliveries take 3-6 business days upon pickup from our warehouse.
We do not cover the cost of local import duties and taxes, and they would be fully borne by the customer.
We understand that sometimes you might not like what you purchased, and that's okay. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with original tags secured.
We kindly ask that all return items be packaged well, as we are unable to bear the costs of damages or losses during the transit. All return costs will also be borne by the purchaser. Once your return item has been received, we can refund the full retail price to the original payment method. We strive to process your refund as soon as possible, but do give us up to one to two weeks as we allow the banks or our humans to work their magic.
All items bought from one of our trusted stockists are handled individually by them, and we do not cover return or exchange policies for these items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process a direct exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please process it for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer. By doing so, we can quickly guarantee that the new items are available and will reach you as quickly as possible.
All sale items purchased are final and are neither eligible for refunds nor store credits.
We are serious about quality standards other than having fun. In some rare instance you find a fault in our items, please contact us at hello@journ.cc and we'll organise a refund or exchange accordingly.
Please note that our warranty period extends one year from the original date of purchase and does not cover normal wear and tear.
We all hate it when it happens. Our spirits broken, our bikes (hopefully not) damaged, our precious kit torn up. Fear not, we've got you covered to hopefully ease your worries a little.
Upon a crash, send us an email at hello@journ.cc alongside photos of your damaged kit and original proof of purchase, and we'll help secure a 50% discount on a replacement. If the kit is no longer available, we will provide a discount code of 50% off the equivalent kit for your next purchase.
Do note that crash replacements are applicable only to full-priced items purchased within a one-year period from the date of purchase.
We've provided an international size guide and model dimensions under each listing where applicable. Please follow standard global sizing.
For our Season/Element & Momentum collections, we are similar in sizing to most major cycling brands.
We want to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our products, hence on each product page you will find useful descriptions of style, fabric type, functionality, fit and care instructions.
A Bluesign® approved label means that the item has been manufactured to strict safety and environmental requirements.
Fabrics certified with this label ensure that every component has been rigorously tested against a list of up to 350 toxic chemicals.
We always recommend hand-washing all our products for the best outcome and longevity, but understand that time is of the essence. Here is our care guide for our collection of items
While we try to keep our collection readily stocked and available, some releases are sell out quicker than others (and we are honoured!). To get first dips on whether the item will be restocked and when, click on the “Notify Me When Available" option.
All our products are priced in United States Dollar (USD). Alternatively, you have an option to pay in your local currency according to the current conversion rate and/or geographical region in which you are located.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Our website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and we are serious about protecting customers' information during checkout. All credit card transactions would also require keying in a CVC code for added security.
In most cases, once your order has been placed it can't be changed or cancelled. To request a cancellation or change in your order, kindly email us at hello@journ.cc and we will try our best to amend your order before our dispatch team processes the order.
However, in the event that we are unable to do so, you can return the product following our usual returns process.
