We currently ship worldwide.

For local deliveries, free Qxpress shipping on orders over SGD 100. SGD 5 Qxpress shipping (1-3 business days) for orders under.

For international deliveries, free shipping via DHL Express on all orders above SGD 200 or equivalent.
Orders below SGD 200 will be charged a flat rate delivery fee according to the following zones -
Zone 1: SGD 20
Zone 2: SGD 25
Zone 3: SGD 30
Zone 4: SGD 35
Zone 5: SGD 40
Zone 6: SGD 45
Zone 7: SGD 75
Zone 8: SGD 120

*Updates on shipping to the USA: Due to the removal of the De Minimis Exemption, all orders that qualify for free international shipping into the USA (only) will have their new gear delivered Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) instead of Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) as of 4th September 2025. We believe it is not fair to transfer these costs to our customers and believe in continued accessibility.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking link will be sent to your confirmation email.

We know you can't wait to receive your new items and we strive to process new orders as soon as possible on business days. Local deliveries typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill, while international deliveries take 3-6 business days upon pickup from our warehouse.

We do not cover the cost of local import duties and taxes, and they would be fully borne by the customer i.e. Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).

Exception: From 4th September 2025, all orders that qualify for free international delivery (min. spend of >SGD200 equivalent) into the USA will have their new gear delivered Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) in advance instead of Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), where full duties will be prepaid by JOURN.
