Can I return an item I bought online?

We understand that sometimes you might not like what you purchased, and that's okay. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with original tags secured.

We kindly ask that all return items be packaged well, as we are unable to bear the costs of damages or losses during the transit. All return costs will also be borne by the purchaser. Once your return item has been received, we can refund the full price to the original payment method. We strive to process your refund as soon as possible, but do give us up to one to two weeks as we allow the banks or our humans to work their magic.
